The Wastepreneur Incubator Is Coming! Apply Now

Wastepreneur is a capacity development, market activation and entrepreneurship programme for SME development in the waste management sector for Mosul and Basra, organised by cewas.

Cewas Middle East and Black Forest Solutions GmbH have teamed up with the support of GIZ’s Private Sector Development and Employment Promotion Project to provide a specialised, 10-month incubation programme to support entrepreneurs specialising in waste management. The goal of the incubator is to establish businesses that create environmental, economic, and social impact.

The programme includes a pre-incubation ideation stage, training, business and operational coaching, consulting by sector experts, access to an extensive regional and international network, as well as access to funding and logistic support after incubation.

  • Basrah
  • Mosul
  • Erbil
  • Diyala
  • Diwaniyah

The incubator is perfect for entrepreneurs with an innovative business ideas for the waste management sector and who are seeking tailored support in developing a sustainable business model.
